At FlaxyWear, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure that you receive your order in good condition.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items will not be eligible for return or exchange if they have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original tags and packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact FlaxyWear within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number along with clear photos or an unboxing video of the item so our team can review the issue.

Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are subject to product and size availability. Customers may be responsible for return delivery charges unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed according to the available refund method.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges may also be deducted from the refund unless the issue was caused by FlaxyWear.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange. Products showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to our return and exchange policy.
